How to fill in our address
Your name with your DZH code after it on the first line, then our address exactly as shown in My DZH. You see the street and postcode after logging in; that way every courier knows whose parcel it is.
A parcel from an EU web shop usually reaches us within a few working days; we book it in the same or the next working day and you see it in My DZH.

Whether a shop delivers to a Dutch address you see at checkout; shops sometimes change their rules. Names belong to the shops themselves.
What it costs, and what it does not
Your address and announcing parcels cost nothing. You pay per shipment: the carrier label plus our handling, both shown in the calculator in advance. Bundling several parcels is charged per extra parcel.
7 days of storage included, then €1.00 per parcel per day. Short, because we forward your parcel quickly and never dispose of anything without warning you three times.
You pay VAT to the shop and import charges at home; we are not the seller and cannot take those away for you.
You do not need to upload an ID to get an address.
Frequently asked questions
Does every web shop {in_land} deliver to a Dutch address?
Most large ones do, but not all: you see it at checkout when you choose the Netherlands as the country. If it does not work, we order it for you through the personal shopper.
What if I forget to enter my code?
Then we match the parcel using your announcement in My DZH: announce every parcel with the shop's tracking number and it always ends up with you.
How fast does an order {in_land} reach you?
That is up to the shop and its carrier; within the EU it is usually a few working days. As soon as it is scanned in with us, you see it in My DZH and can choose: ship straight away or wait for more parcels.
