How much import duty do I pay in the United States?

That is often not the Netherlands: a German coat sewn in Vietnam falls under the rate for Vietnam. What you can do: fill in the product description and country of origin honestly when announcing, so the declaration is correct and you avoid delay or an additional assessment.
