Forward your invoice as soon as possible and we plan immediately: within 60 minutes you hear whether the trip is feasible. Auction houses run strict collection windows, and being late is not a formality — the lot can be forfeited, or the auction house adds storage charges on top. That is why we always plan against the final collection date and confirm the trip in advance, so you know for certain someone is going. Is the deadline tomorrow, or even today?
