Help · Prohibited and restricted

Can this product go: batteries, perfume, supplements, alcohol?

It depends on three things: the carrier, your country and the packaging. A laptop or phone with the battery inside can go with most carriers, loose lithium batteries and power banks usually cannot. Perfume and nail polish are flammable liquids: often possible within the EU with the right carrier, rarely by post to the US or Australia. Alcohol is an excise good in many countries and requires a permit on the receiving side. Supplements and medicines are refused by the customs of some countries, even if they are freely available here. Weapons, fireworks, aerosols and dangerous goods never go. Say honestly what is inside when announcing; then we tell you before you pay whether and with which carrier it can go, instead of it getting stuck at customs.
