What happens after your phone call
An urgent run starts with three questions: what needs to go, where is it, and where does it need to be. That's all we need at first. While you answer them, the planner is already checking which driver and which van are closest to your pick-up address — in an emergency, every minute not spent on paperwork counts.
You get a price and an expected arrival time straight away. Agreed? Then the driver leaves immediately. He stays in touch on the way: you'll know when he's nearly there, and so will the receiving party. No one has to wait at the window on either end.
On delivery the driver records the handover: who signed, at what time, and — if agreed — a photo. You receive that confirmation right away. For business clients, the ride then simply lands on the monthly invoice.
Which places do we reach within 90 minutes?
Our home base Heesch sits on the A59, a stone's throw from the junction with the A50. 's-Hertogenbosch, Oss and Uden are a quarter of an hour away, Eindhoven and Tilburg half an hour, and Veghel, Helmond, Cuijk and Breda are comfortably within range as well. That makes the 90-minute promise achievable across virtually the whole province — as the rule, not the exception.
Outside Noord-Brabant we drive just as readily: throughout the Netherlands, the Benelux and the rest of Europe. Only the approach time gets longer; the way of working stays the same, and you'll still know in advance exactly when the driver arrives.
Three situations where every minute counts
The stalled production line. A manufacturer needs a part that's sitting on a supplier's shelf three villages away. Every hour of downtime costs more than the entire urgent run. The driver collects the part and delivers it inside the factory hall, to the engineer — not to reception.
The forgotten document. A signing set that must be at the notary's with a wet signature before five, a tender that has to be submitted physically, a passport needed at Schiphol. Small in size, large in consequence — and exactly what a courier with one job at a time is for.
The fragile shipment. Medical samples, temperature-sensitive materials or an artwork that has to hang in an exhibition tonight. Here it's not just about speed but about attention: one shipment in the van, secured and checked, door to door in a single movement.
What does an urgent run cost?
The build-up is the same as for all our transport: time worked times the hourly rate of €35.00, plus €0.35 per kilometre, both excluding VAT. Outside office hours — evenings, nights, weekends — a single fixed urgency surcharge of 40% is added. One surcharge, not a stack of evening, night and weekend percentages.
