A pick-up point at the border or a forwarding address?
Grenspostadres gives Belgian and German shoppers a Dutch delivery address at a shop near the border, where they collect their parcels in person. DZH Transport receives parcels at a Dutch address and forwards them to your home, wherever that is. Below are the two models side by side, with a source for every fact.

Our honest take
If you live within driving distance of the border and order from Dutch shops a few times a year, a pick-up point is hard to beat on price: € 19.95 a year plus a small fee per parcel, and you collect whenever it suits you. The trade-offs are the drive, the one-week window for larger parcels, the EU-only limit and the fact that nothing is forwarded. A forwarding address is for everyone else: you live further away, you want several orders bundled into one box, or you simply want the parcel at your door. We do not think one is better than the other; they solve different problems, and the honest answer depends on how far you are from the border.
