A courier platform or a forwarding address?

Eurosender is a booking platform: you choose a courier and it collects a parcel at one address and delivers it to another, in Europe and beyond. DZH Transport is a forwarding address: Dutch shops deliver to us, we receive, check and bundle your orders and send them on to you. The table shows where the two models differ, with a source for every fact.

Our honest take

Eurosender fits when you already hold the parcel, or when a shop is willing to hand it to a courier you booked: one shipment, one price, no address in between. It does not solve the problem most of our customers have, which is a shop that only delivers inside the Netherlands or asks for a Dutch address at checkout. For that you need a real address that receives the parcel, and that is what a forwarding service is for: several orders can wait a few days and leave in one box, we see the parcel before it travels, and the shop never has to arrange a courier pick-up. Eurosender's own pages describe a virtual address as a risk; we would put it differently: it is a different tool, and if you do not need an address, you do not need us.
