What does it cost?
The anonymous purchase service works with a fixed service fee from €145.00 plus travel costs: from €35.00 per hour and €0.35 per kilometre (excl. VAT). Both amounts — purchase and fee — are paid up front. Work out your assignment in the calculator.
Frequently asked questions
Can you buy something without the seller knowing who it is for?
Yes, that is the core of this service. We buy in our own name; your identity stays with us. Only when a product requires registration — a licence plate, for instance — do we discuss beforehand what is needed.
Is this suitable for an engagement ring or a secret gift?
Ideally so. No parcel on the doormat, no bank statement with a telltale shop name. If you wish, we keep the purchase until the moment of the surprise.
Does my name stay secret with you as well?
We do know you, of course — for the assignment and the invoice — but we share your details with no one, not even the seller. Discretion towards third parties is our standard, not an option.
Is having something bought anonymously legal?
Yes, for almost all requests: privacy, surprises and competitor research are simply allowed. We do not help conceal ownership for tax or money-laundering purposes, nor circumvent age or licensing requirements.
Is the purchase price included in the service fee?
No. The fee (from €145.00 excl. VAT) covers our work and discretion; the purchase amount comes on top. Both are paid in advance, so nothing needs arranging during the assignment.
