What is an onboard courier (OBC)?
Hand-carry courier and onboard courier are two names for the same principle: a courier checks in on a scheduled flight with your shipment as hand luggage or personally accompanied baggage, and stands at the recipient's door hours later. What exactly is a hand-carry courier?

A service fee from €395.00 (excl. VAT), plus travel costs and the actual ticket price of the chosen flight. You get one total amount in advance — no surprises after that.
How quickly can the courier depart?
The starting point is the next suitable flight — often the same day. The exact departure depends on flight availability and possible visa requirements; you hear that immediately with the confirmation.
Which shipments can come along — and which cannot?
Documents, spare parts, data carriers, samples and other compact, valuable shipments. Not allowed is anything aviation rules forbid, such as dangerous goods, weapons and cash. In doubt? Ask us beforehand.
Is my shipment insured during the flight?
Yes, the shipment is insured for the entire journey. For exceptionally valuable shipments we agree an appropriate higher coverage in advance.
