How quickly is my parcel forwarded after it arrives?

Within one working day of arrival your parcel is checked, registered and reported to you — you receive a message with a photo and the weight. After that, you set the pace: choose direct forwarding and the parcel leaves with the carrier the same or the next working day; bundle several orders and we wait until you tell us everything is in. The first 7 days of storage are included; after that we charge from €1.00 per parcel per day (excl. VAT). Questions in between? You have an answer within 60 minutes.
