How long until my parcel is processed and shipped?

A parcel delivered to us is booked in the same or the next working day, with weight, dimensions and a photo; from that moment you see it in My DZH and can choose what to do with it. If you choose to ship, we create the label and the shipment goes with the carrier's next collection round, usually within one working day. Bundling takes an extra day, because we repack the contents. After that the carrier determines the delivery time to your country; it is shown per carrier in the calculator. What can make it longer: a customs declaration that is not yet complete, a product we first need to discuss, or a payment still outstanding. You see all of that as a notice in your account, so you never have to guess why something is waiting.
