Why do I have to announce every parcel, and how do I do it?

Because an announcement is the only way we can link an incoming box to you with certainty: the shop does not always put your code on the label, and without an announcement a parcel sits with us as unknown until someone sorts it out. Announcing takes two minutes in My DZH: you choose the shipment, enter the web shop and order number, paste the shop's tracking code and say in one word what is inside, with the value. For a destination outside the EU that last part is also your customs declaration. As soon as the carrier scans it in with us, you see the parcel as received within a day, with weight and photo. If you forget, we match it by your name, but that costs time you would rather not lose.
