I only get the tracking code later; can I still add it?

Yes. Announce the parcel as soon as you have ordered, even without a code, and add the tracking code once the shop e-mails it: open the parcel in My DZH and paste it in. From that moment we follow the shipment at the carrier and you see in your account when it is expected with us. An announcement without a code works too, but then we match the box on arrival by your name and the order number, and that goes right first time less often. If a parcel arrives that you have not announced, it appears in My DZH as a loose parcel and you can still attach it to a shipment. If you have several boxes from the same order, announce each box separately with its own code.
