I accidentally announced the same parcel twice; what now?

No problem, and it costs you nothing. My DZH already warns you when you enter an order number or tracking code you used before, and asks whether it really is an extra box. If you still have two announcements for one box, open the superfluous one and delete it; you can do that as long as nothing has arrived yet. If the parcel is already with us, just leave the duplicate or send us a message; we remove it without charging anything, because we charge per box received and not per announcement. Do mind the opposite: two boxes from one order are two parcels, and you announce both, each with its own tracking code.
