What happens if I do not respond; do you throw my things away?

Not just like that, and never without you knowing. The first 7 days of storage are included; after that we charge a small amount per parcel per day, shown on the rates page. Before the included days run out you get a message, and as long as a parcel is with us you can ship it or have it returned at any time. If you do not respond to anything for a long time, we send you three reminders with generous intervals, to your e-mail address and in your account. Only if all three remain unanswered and the storage costs exceed the value of the parcel can we dispose of it, and we announce that in advance with a date too. In a dispute about a payment we do not let storage quietly run on: we get in touch and look for a solution.
